The City of Pinellas Park, Florida is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the removal of a 500,000-gallon welded steel elevated water tower structure on a city-owned parcel of land. The project involves the full dismantlement and disposal of the existing water tower, including the tank and support structure down to and including the slab portion of the foundations. The work will encompass all necessary planning, permits, execution, and site restoration to return the area to a safe and usable condition. The contractor is responsible for hauling and trucking away all demolished items, which must be disposed of at appropriate waste and salvage facility sites. SUMMARY OF SCOPE: The City of Pinellas Park is soliciting bids for the removal of a water tower structure on a city-owned parcel of land located at 8600 47 th Street North, Pinellas Park, Florida, 33782.
