The Project includes the following Work: Installation of hardscape elements including concrete sidewalk, low seat walls, low retaining walls, subsurface drainage, and the relocation of an existing monument from the current location at City Hall to the new, prepared pad located at Legacy Park. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 5 percent of the total bid amount. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 calendar days after opening. Bidders must hold either a Georgia State Contractor's License, Georgia State Utility Contractor's License, or qualifications with the Georgia Department of Transportation for similar work, and the license or qualification number must be provided on the outside of the sealed proposal. The contract, if awarded, will be based on the base bid alone. The successful bidder shall begin work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and complete the work within 120 calendar days.
