Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Perry, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Perry is requesting sealed bids for design, permitting, construction, procurement of specified items, and installation in accordance with ADA, State, and Federal requirements. The contractor will also connect the restroom structure to the playground and parking areas via ADA-compliant concrete sidewalks. The restroom structure will contain two family-style restroom facilities, each including: one adult capacity wall-mounted changing table, two wall-mounted child protection seats with secure straps, push-button-activated doors (both sides) with signage, remote-activated locking mechanisms on doors, automated lights and ventilation fan with timers, paper towel holders (no air dryers), full-size ADA-compliant commode with power flush/pressure assist, full-size ADA-compliant sink, full-size child-height mounted sink pedestal, standard toilet paper and hand-held bars to meet ADA requirements, internally mounted hose bib, tactile finish on the concrete floor with wash down the drain, and exterior split-face concrete blocks. The facility is to have outdoor lighting at restroom entrances activated by photocell and a water fountain with a bottle-filling feature mounted on the side of the building. Utilities (water and sewer) are available at the site. All work must be reviewed and all final decisions made by City of Perry staff.
