Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Rockland, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The purpose of this contract is to remove the existing corrugated steel pipe (CSP) culvert and replace it with a new 1.5 m diameter x 24 m long high-density polyethylene (HDPE) culvert beneath Old Highway 17. The culvert conveys flows from an unnamed watercourse. The contractor is responsible for all labor, equipment, materials, permits, traffic management, environmental protection measures, installation, and reinstatement works required to complete the project.
