Sealed bids are requested for the Ledge Hill Road over Hoisington Brook Culvert Replacement in the Town of Westport, Essex County, New York, FEMA DR-4723-NY, PW 336. The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder. Contract documents, including Invitation to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Wage Rates, Bid Documents, Agreement, Special Notes, Specifications, Contract Drawings, and any Addenda, are available from the Town of Westport Town Clerk or online from the Essex County Purchasing Department website. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled, at the Town Clerk's office by 3:00 PM on the specified due date to be considered. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. No questions or inquiries will be accepted within three business days prior to the bid opening. All questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer.
