Bid# 2526-36: Cherry Hill High School West 2026 Locker Room Renovations. Interested bidders must fill out and email the Bid Package Request Form to receive the electronic contract documents and be placed on the plan holders list. Only NJ DPMC prequalified bidders are eligible. Indicate if bidding as a prime contractor, subcontractor, or manufacturer/distributor and provide all requested contact information including a street address, phone number, fax number, and email address. Questions are to be submitted via email only, and all addendums will be sent via email and fax to plan holders. 1. Base Bid Work includes demolition of the Boys and Girls Main and Team Locker Rooms including shower rooms, toilet rooms and PE Offices. All of these rooms are being renovated including reconfiguration of the shower rooms, toilet rooms, and PE Offices. Provide new lockers in all Main and Team Locker Rooms. Renovation of the Training Room is also included in the scope of work. The work includes all mechanical, electrical, plumbing work and finishes. 2. Alternate Bid #1 includes all work associated with renovations and alterations of the existing F-Wing Weight Room (F-12/13). Renovations include all mechanical, electrical, plumbing work, finishes and painting of the exposed structure above. In addition, alterations include a new storage alcove in place of one door and replacing the remaining door with a double door. 3. Alternate Bid #2 includes all work associated with renovations and alterations of existing E-Wing Team Locker Rooms and Coach's Offices. Renovations include all mechanical, electrical, plumbing work and finishes.
