The work consists of the Santa Ana High School Track & Field Synthetic Turf Replacement. Bidders are required to base their bids on the plans and specifications provided. The project is subject to the Community Workforce Agreement for Construction, Repair, Upgrade, Renovation, Modernization, Expansion, Rehabilitation and Improvement Work Projects. The successful bidder and its subcontractors must adhere to the terms of this agreement. Bidders must obtain contract documents from Crisp Imaging, either by viewing/downloading from the Crisp Imaging site or by purchasing electronic or paper bid documents as directed. There will be a mandatory informational job walk and conference at Santa Ana High School, with specific meeting instructions provided for bidders. Sealed bids are to be submitted as instructed, and any late submissions will be considered non-responsive and returned. The following contractors and subcontractors must be prequalified prior to bidding on this Project: All Prime Contractor Bidders, per Public Contract Code Section 20111.6; with the following license classifications: A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-27, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-39, C-42, C-43, C-46, C-61 and/or D-12. Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing Subcontractors performing work under the following license classifications: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46.
