The project is subject to the Community Workforce Agreement for Construction, Repair, Upgrade, Renovation, Modernization, Expansion, Rehabilitation and Improvement Work Projects. The successful bidder and its subcontractors will be required to be bound by the terms of the CWA section 00 73 49.
