The work consists of reroofing existing buildings and performing mechanical upgrades at multiple sites within the Simpson County School District, including locations in Mendenhall, Magee, the Central Office, and Simpson Central. Bids must be submitted as a single stipulated sum for all the work required by the contract documents. Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked with the project information and the bidder's company details and licenses. Proposals shall be submitted in duplicate using the provided forms and accompanied by proposal security of at least 5% of the base bid, either as a certified check or bid bond. Bidders must hold proper licenses, and the successful bidder must provide a performance bond, separate labor and material payment bond, and insurance.
