The Town of Twisp will accept written bids for a weekly cleaning services contract at 118 S. Glover St. Twisp, WA 98856 or mailed to PO box 278 Twisp, WA 98856 until 3PM Tuesday, March 31, 2026, local time. All bid proposals shall include a cover letter stating the legal entity seeking to contract with the Town of Twisp, as well as a Business Statement of Qualifications regarding the bidder's ability to complete the Scope of Work. Guided walkthroughs of Twisp Library and Public Restroom can be scheduled during normal business hours with Twisp Public Works Staff by contacting Public Works Assistant Director Gollen. The Town of Twisp is an equal opportunity employer and encourages women and minority-owned businesses to submit bids. The Town of Twisp has the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process. The Contractor shall certify that all contractors and subcontractors performing work on this project shall comply with state Prevailing Wages. Prevailing Wage information for Okanogan County can be found in Attachment 1 provided at the end of the bid packet.
