Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in East Hampton, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

Sealed bids are invited for a public works contract for shade shelters at Montauk Skatepark and Fred W. Thiele Recreational Facility. Each proposal must be submitted on the provided forms, in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name and the bid name marked clearly on the outside. A 10% bid deposit and a Certificate of Non-Collusion are required for all bid submissions. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received. Question Deadline 04/03/2026 Every request for information or interpretation of the Contract Documents or Drawings must be addressed in writing to the Senior Purchasing Agent Town of East Hampton, 159 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, New York 11937 (fax) 631-324-2918 or emailed jcarroza@ehamptonny.gov, and to be given any consideration, must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
