Bids are requested for the supply of road materials as follows: 1. 1500 Tons M/L #8, 1-B Aggregates Limestone (washed 1%) 2. 1000 Tons M/L #57, 2-B Aggregates Limestone (washed 1%) 3. 1000 Tons M/L #2A Limestone (1 1/4 x 0) 4. 300 Tons M/L Superpave Asphalt 9.5 Mix 5. 200 Tons M/L Superpave Asphalt Mix 19MM 6. 30,000 Gal. CRS-2 E-3 Emulsified Asphalt 7. 5,000 Gal. E-1 Prime Emulsified 8. 10,000 Gal. M/L 87 Octane Unleaded Gas 9. 6,000 Gal. Diesel Fuel (Low Sulfur Highway) All materials must be Penn Dot approved and all quantities are approximate. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the municipality. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Smith Township. The envelope must be marked "BID FOR ROAD MATERIAL." Forms can be obtained at the Municipality Building or by contacting the township office. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
