Site work for a water / sewer project in Campbellsburg, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The demolition of two (2) existing package wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), installation one (1) new package WWTP with a fence, gate, and gravel access drive, installation of approximately 560 linear feet of 8-inch PVC gravity main sewer pipe, and maintenance of flow, in addition to all equipment and services required to complete this work. Plan holders shall submit questions in writing in accordance with Specification Section 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders. Plan holders may be submitted in writing to Haylee Corbett at Haylee.Corbett@primeeng.com. Questions from non-plan holders will not be answered. The Project has an expected duration of 210 days. Doc Notes: The Contract Documents, including the Plans and Specifications, are on file for public inspection at the 8026 Batt Road Campbellsburg, Indiana 47108 or at the office of PRIME AE at 1829 E. Spring Street, Suite 201 New Albany, Indiana 47150, by appointment only. Appointments can be made by calling (812) 945-9585. Please provide a minimum of 24-hour notice for review of the plans. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the website. The printing costs are non-refundable. All addenda will be issued electronically by Lynn Imaging.
