Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a seven-story above grade multi-residential development.
Design, supply, form, reinforce, place, finish, cure, and repair all cast-in-place structural concrete including footings, pile caps, foundation walls, columns (existing wall and helical pile supported), suspended slabs and balconies (Levels 2–3), complete with engineered formwork, falsework and reshoring. Includes all reinforcing steel, epoxy dowels, thermal break systems, embeds, grout, slab infills make-goods, architectural finishes, and concrete repairs, in full compliance with CSA standards and structural drawings. Interior and exterior refresh of existing 7 floor apartment building. Scope includes replacement of building façade, roofing system, doors & windows, interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC system. New landscaping including new courtyard layout, playground, and waste enclosure. Townhouses are not in scope. Bids must be submitted online.
