Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a seven-story above grade multi-residential development.
Provide all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete rough carpentry and temporary works including panelized exterior hoarding systems, temporary enclosures, edge and fall protection, and protection of existing finishes throughout construction. Scope also includes hoist base and platform construction (including concrete pad), temporary ramps, stairs and handrails for access, removal and reinstallation of select items (e.g., closet doors), site protection, waste handling, and coordination to maintain safe operations within an occupied residential building. Scope includes replacement of building façade, roofing system, doors and windows, interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC system. New landscaping including new courtyard layout, playground, and waste enclosure. Townhouses are not in scope. Bids must be submitted online.
