Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a seven-story above grade multi-residential development.
Supply and install all excavation, shoring, dewatering, disposal, protection, and backfill required for waterproofing exposure, helical pile caps, courtyard garbage enclosure pads, loading dock areas, and temporary working platforms, in accordance with structural, geotechnical, and code requirements. Includes staged open-cut foundation excavation to approximately 1.2m below grade, localized helical pile excavations (Grid 1–5), hydrovac daylighting, granular backfill and compaction, temporary soil stabilization, and coordination with waterproofing and structural trades. Interior and exterior refresh of existing 7 floor apartment building. Scope includes replacement of building façade, roofing system, doors & windows, interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC system. New landscaping including new courtyard layout, playground, and waste enclosure. Townhouses are not in scope.
