The Salt Barn was constructed in 1990. The building’s dimensions are 60’ by 80’, or 4,800 sf. The exterior materials consist of structural plywood (12’ high) with timber bracing at the building’s base and plank-patterned plywood siding at the north and south gabled ends. The roof consists of fiberglass shingles with a continuous lower ridge skylight of corrugated translucent fiberglass panels. There is an overhead fabric door on the north façade.
