Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Overland Park, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
No oral, facsimile, or telephonic bids or alterations will be considered. Each bid must include a pdf copy of the original bid bond for no less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, or a bid bond authorization code from Surety2000. If submitting a pdf copy, the original must be provided after the bid opening by the end of the second business day. Bid security will be retained until a project contract is executed. Bid bonds will be returned or released to unsuccessful bidders, except the second qualifying bidder. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and to waive technicalities. Bids may be modified or withdrawn online prior to bid opening, but cannot be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after opening. Submission of a bid constitutes agreement to these conditions.
