The City is seeking proposals from qualified civil engineering and landscape architecture firms for the design of trail improvements in the Good Parkway Trail system in the southern section between S. Foxridge Dr. and N. Cass Parkway, located along the floodplain corridor behind the Stonegate Subdivision. The scope includes the removal, redesign, and relocation of sections of the existing 10-foot-wide concrete trail for safety and flooding mitigation. The trail alignment is to remain generally within its current footprint, with enhancements to grading, drainage, and flood resiliency. The bidder must be a plan holder with QuestCDN to submit a bid.
