Site work for a municipal facility in Raymore, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Construction and installation of the following: 75 linear feet of curb, 275 square feet of sidewalk, 1,650 square yards of 6” concrete pavement, 2 - 4” conduits underneath select sidewalk panels, the resetting and releveling of 115 square feet of brick pavers, restriping of the front parking lot, and a raised crosswalk in front of City Hall. Additional anticipated work includes 270 linear feet of curb, 2,075 square yards of 6” concrete pavement, restriping of the back parking lot, and restriping of Municipal Circle. The specific locations of the work to be done are contained in the special provisions section. The contractor shall bid on all work. All equipment, material, and workmanship must be in accordance with the specifications and other contract documents. Prospective respondents must obtain the Request for Proposal documents through QuestCDN to submit a proposal. A bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to or greater than 5% of the maximum total bid price must accompany each proposal. The contractor shall provide a ten (10) hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety program for all employees who will be on-site at the project. All wages paid for work under this contract shall comply with the requirements of the prevailing wage law of the State of Missouri.
