Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services for Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service facilities, performed in accordance with commercial item procedures. Services support multiple service units and will be acquired under a cascading set-aside beginning with Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises, followed by all other small business concerns if needed for adequate competition. Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements will be established with a base period and four option periods contingent on satisfactory performance. Vendors must be registered and active in SAM and submit invoices through the Invoice Processing Platform, with all payments made via electronic funds transfer. Proposals are due by the stated deadline, and questions must be submitted in advance to be considered.
