Amendment 1 - Notice Amendment 1 updates the solicitation. All revisions are included in the attached amendment and the replacement of Attachments 2-4. Offerors must review and acknowledge Amendment 1. All other terms remain unchanged. Installation of a new boat ramp is required at the Sutton Lake day-use site, replacing the existing structure. Work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to construct the new ramp in accordance with all specifications contained in the RFQ documents. The project is a total small business set-aside and must follow all requirements referenced in the solicitation and included PDF portfolios. Location of work is Sutton Lake, Lane County, Oregon. Major project components are as follows: (a) Launch Ramp (b) Boarding Docks Questions shall be submitted via email to Susie.felon@usda.gov and are due no later than 17 April 2026, by COB (1630) Pacific Time.
