Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The major items of work include removing cement concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and asphalt pavement; construction of a new compact roundabout at the intersection of Crawford Ave and Okanogan Ave; the abandonment and removal of existing water main and installation of new water main along Crawford Avenue, from approximately Miller Street to Okanogan Ave, a distance of approximately 2,600 linear feet; placing and shaping crushed surfacing base; constructing cement concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and pavement; constructing hot mix asphalt pavement; installing stormwater collection and conveyance; illumination system modifications and installation; signing; pavement marking; landscaping; irrigation; and other work completed in accordance with the contract documents. Instructions to bidders are to visit the project site using the provided google maps link for directions. The Engineer's estimated range of probable cost is $3.30 - 4.10M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
