Supplier confirms review of the attached Sample Subcontractor Agreement and agrees to execute it without material exception if selected for award. Any requested exceptions must be submitted as a separate attachment titled "Requested Exceptions" and may be grounds for disqualification. By submitting a proposal, you are making a firm offer open for acceptance by ERC for at least 90 days from the proposal due date. All proposal materials will become part of the contract file and may be subject to public disclosure under the Colorado Open Records Act (C.R.S. 24-72-201 et seq.), except for information that is confidential and exempt under the law (proposers must mark any such information and state the legal basis for confidentiality).
