Sealed bids are requested for miscellaneous paving improvements in Clewiston, Florida. Bids must be submitted to the City Clerk by the specified deadline. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to cancel the solicitation in whole or in part, and may re-procure at its discretion. All responses are subject to Florida Public Records Laws and Sunshine requirements. The City of Clewiston is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. A copy of the instructions and bid documents can be obtained by contacting the City Clerk. The Work consists of paving improvements at various locations within the City of Clewiston, in accordance with the plans that were prepared by Johnson Engineering, LLC, dated March 2026, which may include, but are not limited to: • Milling existing asphalt • Reworking Limerock base. • Asphalt Paving • Concrete roadway repairs • Seal coating existing asphalt • Utility coordination • Installation of sod and other erosion control measures as required • Installation of striping • Maintenance of traffic (MOT) incidental to the construction • Complete restoration of construction site Any questions are to be directed to the City Clerk at Fransheska.berrios@clewiston-fl.gov.
