Level 1 alteration of the existing one-story CMU administration building at the Broad River Road Campus in Columbia, SC. Bid security is required in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. The successful contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Bidders must obtain bidding documents and plans from the specified source to be listed as an official plan holder. All written communications with official plan holders and bidders will be via email or website posting. Bids sent via email will not be accepted. All questions and correspondence concerning this invitation shall be addressed to the A/E contact. Cell phones or any electronic device are not permitted on the property. Any pictures requested by contractors for bidding purposes will be supplied via an addendum.
