The Town of Northfield is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified applicants to serve as Project Manager for the Town's new Ambulance Facility. The project involves the construction of a new facility to accommodate the Northfield Emergency Medical Services (Ambulance) Department, including apparatus bays, crew living spaces, bedrooms for duty crews, administrative offices, a conference room, and a meeting/training room. The project will also include associated site development such as utilities, parking areas, driveways, walkways, and plantings. The Town of Northfield reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informalities in the proposals received if it is deemed in the best interest of the Town to do so. SCOPE OF SERVICES The Town reserves the right to modify this RFQ in any way prior to the deadline for submission of Statements of Qualifications and Proposals by issuing an addendum or addenda to all persons on record as having received a copy of the RFQ. The Town may extend the deadline for submission if, in the Town’s sole judgment, it is necessary or desirable for any reason. The Town may also cancel this RFQ, in whole or in part, if the Town determines it to be in its best interest. The Town reserves the right to negotiate continued services through construction phases without further solicitation beyond the initial phase as project funding is appropriated (see section’s 5.4 and 5.5 below)
