Construct a new water treatment system including a new wood-framed building to house filters, chlorine storage and feed system, booster pump system with hydropneumatic tank, and all electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, programming, testing and start-up for a complete and functional facility. A new water feed and backflow will be installed for filling the firewater tank. No other work is proposed to the fire tank. The existing fire pump will be disconnected from the existing power sources and generator. A new utility service to the main switchboard and new fire pump switchboard will be provided.
