Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Work being performed includes, but is not limited to construction of a multi-use sport court, playground, walkways, parking, landscaping, and site furnishings. Work includes abatement and removal of an existing tennis court and clearing of existing vegetation. Work also includes installation of utilities, drainage, stormwater facilities and landscape irrigation, and performing all Work as required by the Contract Documents. All bids must be made upon the City forms provided for this purpose and must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check or cashiers check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid, all as set forth in the Contract Documents. One hundred percent (100%) Payment and Performance Bonds will be required of the successful Bidder to guarantee faithful performance of the contract.
