Site work and paving for a civil project in Paw Paw, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Selective asphalt removal and replacement followed by full roadway overlays on Willard Street (North Miller to Hazen), Cedar Street (North Brown to North Van Buren), Elm & Hamilton Streets (North Dyckman to Michigan), and Marcelletti and Davis Streets (Woodfield Circle to Elm). Work also includes reestablishing ditching where needed and adjusting structure covers. Additional improvements consist of storm sewer upgrades on Willard near Hazen, sanitary sewer improvements on Cedar, stormwater improvements on Hamilton, and watermain replacement including gravel and subsurface replacement on Elm Street. Drawings, bidding Project Manuals, and Addendums will be issued only to Bidders who have been pre-qualified by the Village of Paw Paw in accordance with the 2 Instructions to Bidders. Physical copies of the Drawings and Project Manual are available at no charge at the offices of VK Civil upon request from prequalified bidders A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Village of Paw Paw in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least sixty (60) days thereafter.
