Concow Road Rehabilitation The work is located within Butte County, California, west of Highway 70, and near the community of Yankee Hill, and consists of, but is not limited to, clearing, grubbing and restoration of ditches and culverts, traffic control, grading, paving, full depth reclamation with cement, storm drain facilities, striping and pavement markings, signs and markers, all in conformance with the California Department of Transportation 2025 Standard Specifications, and these Special Provisions, unless specified herein.
