Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Beavercreek, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project includes complete demolition and disposal of the South Water Treatment Plant The Board of County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County Question Deadline 04/07/2026 at 2:00 PM ET On request and by appointment, Owner will conduct a site visit during Owner's normal business hours for any Bidder requesting such a visit. All visits shall be scheduled through the Owner. The Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, constructing the Work described below and all related appurtenances. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Providing all permitting, licensing, and reporting, except as specifically identified to be the responsibility of the OWNER. 2. Demolition of the existing building structure, including but not limited to: removing of roof structural members, removal of roofing membranes and coatings, removal of exterior finishes and cladding, intermediate floorstructural members, walls, tanks, columns and other supporting structures, including basement walls to a depth below existing grade as outlined in the Contract Drawings or other Specification Sections. 3. Demolition and removal of existing electrical and mechanical equipment. Including but not limited to: lighting fixtures, motors, controls, cabinets, wiring and conductors, conduits, hydraulic equipment, cables, pipe work, plumbing fixtures, ductwork, vents and registers, blowers, fans, boilers, chillers, stacks, elevators and all appurtenances and ancillary equipment of similar types, functions, and classes of materials. 4. Demolition and removal of all interior finishes. Including but not limited to: wall materials, floor tiles and coatings, carpets, ceiling finishes including drywall, plaster and lathe or tiles, ceiling grids, insulation, doors, windows, vents and hatches and grates. 5. Safe removal and disposal of any hazardous waste as stated in, but not limited to, the hazardous material survey. 6. Demolition of specified driveways and parking areas. 7. Sorting of materials by end use; retained or exported from the Project Site. 8. Placement, spreading and compacting materials to be incorporated in the backfill. 9. Exporting, removing and disposing of materials not designated to be incorporated into the backfill as recycled aggregate or retained by the OWNER. Construction materials, may not be used as backfill materials. 0. Demolition and abandonment of municipal utilities including but not limited to: potable water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, electric and gas facilities. 11. Demolition of franchised utilities including but not limited to: telephone and cable communications. 12. Modification of power, controls, piping, hydrant, and appurtenances of (3) existing well pumps to maintain them in service. 13. All other Work required to meet the conditions set out in other specification sections and the Contract Drawings.
