Part 1 Burdick Cemetery, located on Burdick Rd., appx. 3/8 mile from Pine Grove, Monahan, Harlan Ames and Burdick Rd. intersection. Cochran Cemetery, located on St. Rt. 275, across from the Weimer Residence up in the pines on the Faulkner property. Wheeler Cemetery, located on Andrew Rd., approximately 1 mile from County Rd. #34 and Andrews Rd. intersection. All cemeteries are to be mowed the week before Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. Part 2 Mowing & Trimming of Oil Well Landmark. Contractor will mow and trim the site of the first oil well drilled in Richburg, located on Richburg Hill Rd., east of the Town Hall on Main St. in Richburg. Mowing will begin as soon as grass growth dictates, but no later than May 10, 2026. Mowing should be consistent enough (appx. 3 times a month) so that the area looks neat and orderly. Part 3 Mowing & Trimming of front & back lawn, Town Hall Yard, 210 Main St., Richburg. Mowing should be consistent enough (appx. 3 times a month) so that the area looks neat and orderly.
