HVAC Services - Chelsea Public Schools General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) -HVAC category and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime Update Statement. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, issued by a responsible bank or trust company. Or a bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the City, all in the amount of 5% of the bid payable to the "City of Chelsea."
