Snow College is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a purchase order to the responsive and responsible vendor submitting the lowest priced bid for the construction of three interior walls in the Humanities and Arts Building, Room 165. The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications. Dimensions provided are approximate; each vendor is responsible for verifying all field measurements. All work must be performed in compliance with applicable building codes and safety standards. Scope of Work: Wall #1 Construct a new interior wall. Approximate Dimensions: 26' 8" (L) x 16' (H) o Wall #1 will require cutting ceiling grid to run wall to existing top track above o Frame wall using 20-gauge 2x4 metal studs o Install 5/8" drywall on both sides o Install insulation o Tape, mud, and sand to a Level 4 finish o Paint (color: white; final specification to be provided after walkthrough) o Patch ceiling grid after painting o Clean up work area Wall #2 Construct a new interior wall. Approximate Dimensions: 11' 9" (L) x 12' (H) o Frame wall using 20-gauge 2x4 metal studs o Install 5/8" drywall on both sides o Tape, mud, and sand to a Level 4 finish o Paint (color: white; final specification to be provided after walkthrough) o Clean up work area Wall #3 Extend an existing 8' wall to a total height of 12'.
