The Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians is seeking bids for the construction of the "W. River Terrace - Bridge Replacement Project" that includes the following major items of work: o Removal of existing bridge, concrete masonry bridge replacement with prestressed concrete girders, CIP piles, HMA paving, borrow, clearing and grubbing, riprap, aggregate shoulders, and related work. The Tribe reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion, to waive technical defects and make the award to the bidder most competent to serve the Tribe's requirements. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates will be required for this project. Proposals must comply with the requirements set forth in the RFP and addenda and be submitted, with copies, in a sealed envelope marked "RFP For W.
