Sealed bids are invited for the Oshkosh Convention Center Acoustic Ceiling Baffle Installation. Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely and physical receipt of their sealed bids by the City Clerk's office. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project name and the bidder's information. Submission by fax or email is not accepted. Withdrawal of bids may be granted if requested before the opening time. Bids will be binding for thirty-five (35) calendar days following the opening date, unless an extension is agreed upon. If required, bidders must comply with insurance, bid bond, and/or performance bond requirements. Upon award, the contract and performance bond must be executed and filed within ten (10) days. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities.
