Remodeling of a conference / convention center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a conference / convention center.
As of June 29, 2026, the project was awarded to Camera Corner Connecting Point, with an awarded amount of $249,996.19. Specifically, this upgrade will include the design, installation, configuration, testing and acceptance of the audio/video system with a new AV-over-IP solution. Cost proposals shall be all-inclusive and represent a complete installation as represented in the attached specifications. Proposers are encouraged to repurpose/reuse as much of the existing infrastructure and wiring as possible, to minimize upgrade costs. Proposers shall be responsible for all parts, labor, and all other associated equipment necessary to completely install, test and turnover for acceptance to the City the project detailed herein. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via electronic mail by 4:30 p.m. on May 8, 2026. Responses to all questions received by the deadline will be emailed to all proposers that attended the mandatory pre-proposal meeting.
