This is a unit price contract for the 2026 Task Order Contract for the Pavement Preservation Package 11 Spray Patch Seal. The unit prices established will remain valid throughout the contract duration. The quantities shown are estimates for budget purposes only, and the City of San Antonio may order all, some, or none of the work shown. Projects are assigned as they become available. The contract is estimated at $500,000. The work is to be substantially completed within 270 calendar days and does not include hazardous environmental work. The project requires 10 project signs. Bidders are required to download and submit specific contract documents through online portal, including the Contract Signature Page, Subcontractor/Supplier Commitment Form, Bid Bond, Local Preference Program Identification Form, VOSB Program Tracking Form, Heat Illness Prevention Acknowledgement Form, and TEC Form 1295 Certification Number & Date. All documents must display the legal name of the company as registered with the Texas Secretary of State. Bidders must comply with Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Program subcontracting requirements, register with the San Antonio E-Procurement System (SAePS), and adhere to local and veteran-owned small business ordinances, responsible bidder and heat illness ordinances, and prevailing wage requirements.
