Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Parlier, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

This requirement covers the replacement of boilers at the San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Sciences Center. Work includes providing all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to remove existing boilers and install new units in accordance with the Statement of Work and specifications. All tasks must meet the technical, performance, and safety requirements provided in the attached solicitation documents, including all supporting technical data and wage determinations. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Josh Dobereiner, via email to josh.dobereiner@usda.gov. Questions must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM PDT on April 13, 2026. Answers to all questions received by that time will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation. No questions will be answered after this date unless determined to be in the best interest of the Government as deemed by the Contracting Officer. Telephone requests for information will not be accepted or returned.
