14th St NW Bituminous Mill & Overlay Bituminous Mill & Overlay on 14th Street NW in Austin, Mower, MN. Approximate quantities include removal of 5,950 SF of concrete sidewalk, milling 12,650 SY of bituminous pavement, placement of 1,875 tons of Type 12.5 Bituminous Course Mixes, construction of 1 sanitary manhole (Design F), installation of 5,900 SF concrete sidewalk (4"-6"), 225 LF of Concrete Curb & Gutter B624, 184 SF of truncated domes, and 2 APS push button stations. All labor and materials for the 14th Street NW Bituminous Mill & Overlay project are to be furnished. A bid security of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through online to have bids accepted. A signed statement under oath verifying compliance with the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3 is required. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept or reject any alternatives, waive any informalities, or to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
