Site work for a water / sewer project in Austin, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, skills, and performing all operations required to construct the Work. The Work is the construction of an earthen berm to create stormwater detention treatment basins, mobilization and demobilization; installing erosion and sediment control BMPs; clearing and grubbing; dewatering and control of water; strip and salvage approximately 11,500 CY topsoil; approximately 79,600 CY common excavation; construct berm with approximately 65,200 CY onsite borrow; install berm seepage filter; site and ditch grading; install storm sewer pipe, flared ends, structures, and trash racks; modification repairs to existing draintile networks and installation of approximately 7,550 feet of new draintile; install riprap stilling basin; place salvaged topsoil; restoration with seed, hydromulch, erosion control blanket, or straw mulch; remove temporary erosion control BMPs after vegetation establishment; all as provided for in the bidding documents. All quantities and work items in this advertisement for bid are approximate and not guaranteed. Question Deadline 05/01/2026 Interpretations and clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such requests will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Contract Documents. Requests received less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
