**As of May 15th, 2026, the project was awarded to Visu-Sewer Inc with an awarded amount of $167,807.20** This project provides for sanitary sewer mainline CCTV inspection during dye water testing of adjacent stormwater infrastructure facilities in various locations of the City of New Berlin, Wisconsin. The contract includes approximately 38,032 lineal feet of CCTV inspection with dye water testing and the televising of 140 sanitary sewer laterals. The scope of work involves cleaning and televising with storm sewer dye testing to record the actual constructed condition of the sanitary sewer mainlines and laterals under a storm sewer surcharged condition. Bidders must be on the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District's Approved Contractor List for Municipal PPII work. Any bids from contractors not on this list will be rejected. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Owner in an amount of 5 percent (5%) of the bidder's maximum bid price. Successful bidders are required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract price. On contracts of $30,000 or more, the prime contractor must furnish a listing of all subcontractors and suppliers performing labor and supplying materials under the contract that individually have a total value of $1,000 or more. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the work, and to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. It is anticipated the Contract will be awarded on approximately May 12, 2026.
