Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor and materials for the Osage County Housing Authority New Duplexes project as shown on the drawings and specifications. Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply, and the awarded Contractor must sign an Affidavit of Compliance and provide payroll reports. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before the time set for opening bids, as well as those received after the set time, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Bids must be marked: "BID FOR OSAGE COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY NEW DUPLEXES; DELIVER TO MS. MCNEIL." Bids will be opened publicly. A pre-bid conference will be held on site, and attendance is non-mandatory for any general contractor wishing to submit a bid. Interested bidders may obtain PDF files of all bid documents by emailing the designated contact. Complete sets of the drawings, project manual, and other bidding documents may also be obtained at the specified plan rooms. A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each sealed proposal for all bids over $100,000 or as otherwise required by State Law. Checks or surety bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid for forty-five (45) days after the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
