Site work and new construction of a communication facility in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a communication facility.

The Osage Nation is seeking sealed bids for proposals for the construction of a rural telecommunications project, including the supply of necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the Osage Nation Hominy Village Project. All applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations, including environmental, public health, and safety standards, apply. The selected respondent is required to consent to the laws of the Osage Nation and the venue of the Osage Nation Trial Court for any disputes arising under the contract. Davis-Bacon wages apply, and contractors are responsible for reporting on the Monthly Employment Utilization Report (CC-257). Sealed bids must contain one hard copy and one digital copy via flash drive and be submitted by the specified deadline. All bids received by the closing deadline will be carefully evaluated for conformance with the requirements. Failure to comply with any provision shall be sufficient reason for rejection of the bid. After submittal, bidders shall not assert misunderstanding concerning the scope of work. Conditional or qualified bids will not be accepted.
