The District has selected the Newpoint Saxony Slate "Escalante" concrete tile system for its durability and appearance. The total roofing area is approximately 24,000 SF. Contractor is ready, willing, and able to provide the Work required by this Agreement. Contractor shall furnish all of the necessary supervision, materials, tools, and supplies and perform all of the labor and other services necessary to complete the Work. Contractor shall faithfully perform the Work in accordance with this Agreement and the standards of care, skill, training, diligence, and judgment provided by highly competent individuals performing services of a similar nature to those described in this Agreement.
