The Village of Oswego is seeking contractors to perform the Replacement of the Supply Fan Array at Police Headquarters. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: disconnection of the existing electrical to the fan array and temporary capping; disconnection of existing BAS communication lines to the fan array; disconnection, removal, and disposal of the existing 4-fan supply fan array (with ACM motors) which are no longer available; supply and installation of four (4) ADP-500 plenum fans with 1-1/2 hp, 460v, 3-phase motors, VFD duty-rated including shaft grounding rings; galvanized fan construction with bolted frames; backward curved steel blower wheel, powder coated; factory vibration test, 0.1 in/sec, peak, filter-in as measured at the fan RPM; supply and installation of two (2) Danfoss 5 hp frequency drives; all necessary electrical wiring; all modifications to the existing cabinet to receive new equipment; startup and commissioning of installed equipment; testing of the new supply fan array and VFDs; provision of hard copy and electronic copy of the O&M supply fan motor and VFD manuals; obtaining a permit from the Village of Oswego (permit fees waived); including all labor, materials, and supplies to complete the scope of work; work to be scheduled with the Village Facilities Manager. A 10% bid bond is required. Contractor bids must include all items listed in the scope of work.
