**As of August 14th, 2026, no bids were received. No definite date for the rebid** The project consists of but is not limited to: selective demolition of existing pavement, fence and track; construction of new roadway embankment approaches for a new at-grade crossing surface with automatic gate systems, light pole relocation on new foundation and track side ditch improvements, all in accordance with the Contract Documents for said work. The project is at a single location. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to OWNER in writing not less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of Bids.
