The project is in the Village of Oswego, Illinois on South Harrison Street, from south of US 34 (Washington Street) to the dead end, a distance of approximately 740 feet. The proposed improvements consist of the complete reconstruction of the existing pavement, bordered by new curb and gutter, brick pavers and sidewalk. Improvements include the installation of decorative lighting, ornamental trees & shrubs, and fencing. Improvements also include new storm sewer, adjustments to water main and sanitary sewer, pavement marking, signing, and the grading.
