The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), on behalf of Crestview, LLC (Owner), is requesting bids from qualified contractors for Security Camera Replacements at Crestview Apartments. The project consists of security camera replacements, and all work specified in the project drawings and technical specifications, as well as maintenance contract requirements. Bids must be sealed and delivered to the CMHA Purchasing Department before the specified due date. Each bid must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank, made payable to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, in an amount not less than 10% of the total bid. The work is subject to Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality. Bids must remain firm and cannot be withdrawn for 120 calendar days after opening without consent. Refer to the project drawings and specifications for full details and requirements. The construction estimate range is between $178,104.00 and $245,952.00.
